12 Days of Giveaways #12: Nasoya

December 23, 2011

The winner of Wednesday’s ‘Travelling In the Raw’ ebook giveaway is
Veronica of Veggie V’s Vegan Adventure!
Please email your info to
almostveganchef AT gmail DOT com
within 48 hours. CONGRATS!

I can hardly believe we’ve reached the end! These last 12 Days of Giveaways have been so much fun for me to host, and hopefully you’ve enjoyed them as well. I plan to give away plenty more stuff in 2012 (including copies of my own cookbook!), so I hope you’ll stay tuned.

My final giveaway today is brought to you by Nasoya. Nasoya makes a ton of different, delicious, and exciting products, including noodles, Asian-style wraps, “super hummus” (which I still haven’t found locally yet, I’m sad to say!), “nayonnaise”…

…and, of course, tofu.

Their super-firm sprouted tofu, with 12 grams of protein per serving, is currently my favorite nationally-available tofu on the market.

With it, I’ve made such tasty dishes recently as Katie’s recipe for spicy PDX tofu. Nom!

Nasoya recently came out with a Tofu U campaign to show how easy and tasty it is to cook tofu at home. You can discover tofu tips and check out new recipes on the Tofu U website. When you “enroll” in Tofu U, you also get a free Nasoya coupon instantly.

Nasoya has generously offered a prize pack of goodies to one lucky Almost Vegan reader!

12 Days of Giveaways #12: Nasoya

The winner of this giveaway will receive a Nasoya prize pack mailed directly to your home, comprised of:
– 5 coupons for free Nasoya products, redeemable at your local grocery store
– 1 Nasoya Tofu U t-shirt

There are five ways to win (please leave a separate comment below for each entry):

1) Comment below telling me which Nasoya product(s) you’d buy with your coupons.

2) “Like” Almost Vegan on Facebook AND Nasoya on Facebook and comment below confirming you’ve done so. (Bonus: “like” my FB post about the giveaway.)

3) Follow Almost Vegan on Twitter AND Nasoya on Twitter and comment below confirming you’ve done so (include your handle).

4) Tweet the following message and comment below confirming you’ve done so:

I entered to win a @Nasoya prize pack from @AlmostVeganChef ! #Giveaway here: http://wp.me/pYLdq-10V

5) Subscribe to my blog by email (at the top of the right-hand sidebar), RSS feed, or Google reader and comment below confirming you’ve done so (or already are a subscriber).

This giveaway is open to the continental U.S. only.
The deadline for entries is Wednesday morning, December 28th, 2011, at 10:00am CST.
(I’m leaving the contest open all through the weekend and into next week, so that no one’s prevented from entering due to holiday engagements!)
I’ll be choosing the winner at random. Good luck!

***THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ENTERED!***

Happy holidays, everyone!

  93. December 23, 2011 8:01 pm

Oddly enough, my local Kroger has the Nasoya Super Hummus; I’ve tried both flavors. Not bad. A little tofu-y for me, but not bad for the NI. I’ve also tried the sprouted tofu; it’s awesome! But…I wish it had less calories 😦 I tend to use whatever Lite firmness I can find because of the NI. Anyway…thanks for another great give-a-way opportunity!
