Uncooking101’s Ultimate Raw Food Jumpstart Program

July 17, 2012
tags: ,

Although I’m not intentionally turning Almost Vegan into “Review Central” this summer, it may appear that way! Let me explain: I’m on a juice fast right now (more details on that soon), and therefore my recipe posts will be few and far between for the next several weeks (and when I do post recipes, they’ll be juices and smoothies). I apologize for that. But I do have a lot of great things to share with you, and some cool things to give away, so I hope you won’t mind…plus I’ve got some AMAZING recipes in store for the future that you will go ga-ga for. 😉

Today I just wanted to pop in to tell you about something that I find super-exciting: the just-released Uncooking101 Ultimate Raw Food Jumpstart program.

My dear friend Éva Rawposa runs the fabulous and mega-useful site Uncooking101.com (I was one of the earliest Chef Contributors, by the by!), and her greatest project to date is this new Ultimate Raw Food Jumpstart program. Éva worked long and hard to create THE perfect course for anyone wanting to “go raw,” and ladies and gents, she really delivers.

Éva sent me the materials last week to preview, and you guys, I’ve never seen or heard of anything quite like this before for such a reasonable price. If you have any interest in eating more raw foods or getting healthier and happier, you really need to check this out. If you enjoy my flexible raw recipes, I know you’ll adore Éva’s work. She has outdone herself, and I know she’s going to change lives with this program!

First, you get a hefty and impressive recipe/materials binder.

Ever the master organizer, Éva packed this binder with recipes (filed by type)…

…how-to guides, equipment and shopping lists…

…meal plans, and a LOT more.

Each section comes with its own table of contents, with plenty of blank lines so you can file away and keep track of all the bonus materials you’ll get from Éva as the program progresses, as well as your own recipes and ideas.

There’s also a double-disc DVD featuring video tutorials of many of the recipes included in the binder!

You even get a “success workbook” containing writing exercises and tips for the length of the program.

And that’s not even to mention the emailed “missions,” online bonuses, community interaction, and constant support you’ll receive from Éva herself throughout the 3-month program!

The amount of time and work Éva put into developing this Raw Food Jumpstart Program is truly staggering, and I can’t recommend it emphatically enough. Do yourself a favor and check it out! The course begins on July 29th, so you’ll want to enroll before then.

Oh, and HUGE BONUS, just for Almost Vegan readers: use the coupon code practicallyraw at checkout to save $25 off the package price AND a get free copy of my cookbook Practically Raw thrown in with your kit!

See you later this week for more Juicy July coverage!

Awesome review, Amber! Sounds like a cool program. By the way, I for one am very, very interested in the details of your juice cleanse. I’m considering doing a cleanse of sorts and can’t wait to hear about your experience.

Thanks Carrie! I’m still deciding how and when to share the details (and how much of them to share!), but it’ll definitely happen this month. I’ll also be reviewing a few shipped-to-your-door juice cleanse companies – there are some really convenient options out there nowadays, especially for you Californians!

Thanks for sharing…looks like a great program. Won’t be a great time for me to start, but perhaps after the 2 months another one will come about?

I don’t think she’s decided yet if she’ll for-sure do another, but if the demand is there, I’m willing to bet she will!

      Hi. 🙂

I’m really not sure when I’ll do this again. It’s 3 months long, so almost definitely not in 2 months. Most likely in January because I have a book coming out and several other things in the works. ❤ If it's not the right time… don't do it now! It most likely WILL come back. Keep in mind it's only meant to be 20 minutes/day though so shouldn't be too big of a stretch for most!

      Love,
      Eva

Sharing on FB, Amber…this is great. I love the concept. I’m obsessed with visual aids. 🙂
